SAFETY FIRST

The thoughts and well wishes of the Karoline Lang team are with everyone affected by COVID-19. At this time, all karolinelang.com orders are being fulfilled in a safe and timely fashion, at a facility with the highest level of sanitary measures in place. As part of these health and safety precautions, all returns will be held for two days in advance of processing. Please allow an additional 14 days for your returns to be processed as we are experiencing delays. 

LOCAL SHIPPING

karolinelang.com offers standard shipping using LibanPost within Lebanon. Please allow for 3-5 days for local delivery. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please note once an order is in the shipping stage it cannot be amended.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

karolinelang.com uses DHL for international shipping and deliveries. We provide DHL live rates at checkout. Please allow for 5-7 days for International shipping.  

BACKORDER

Please allow for an additional 4-7 days for orders that include items on backorder.
