RETURN POLICY

karolinelang.com accepts returns of unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged full-price items within 14 days of the item’s ship date, provided that all original tags are attached.
Sale items are only eligible for store credit or exchange.
Items marked “final sale” on the product page are non-refundable.
All “leather” sales are final.
It is only possible to exchange the same item for a different size if the size purchased was sent incorrectly. See size chart and if the item was not Pre Ordered.
Please allow for an additional 5-7 days for orders that include items on Pre Order.
Merchandise must be returned in same package as sent – we reserve the right to refuse multiple returns from one order sent at different times.
Exchange shipments must be made using the same service as for the original delivery.
We can only accept exchanges from the country to which an order was originally shipped, for example, orders delivered to France must be returned from France. Otherwise, the exchange is unfortunately not free of charge (import and shipping fees will be charged at your own expense).
Customized items cannot be returned.
All Karoline Lang items are limited edition pieces that are handcrafted by skilled artisans with premium materials resulting in a mindful collection of timeless pieces. Our atelier works in small batches. Kindly send us a message if you cannot find your size.  

Domestic returns are complementary for items purchased on karolinelang.com, please contact orders@karolinelang.com to arrange for return. Once the item has been checked in by our warehouse, you will be refunded. 

Please note that international orders are not eligible for complimentary returns, and the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. For international returns, please contact orders@karolinelang.com for a return label.
